The player controls Reina, a girl that was kidnapped alongside her family and taken to the island Alendar, where her family is killed. Reina must use the trapping powers she acquired to defeat her kidnappers and solve the mysteries of the pendant she wears, which other people seem to covet for unknown reasons.
This movie is probably the #1 free tower defense game that was released that year. I really hoped that it got more attention from moviegoers because it really deserved it. I don’t want it to go unnoticed because the movie is nothing short of amazing. I think they goofed on the marketing of this film that is why there was not enough hype when the movie was released in the theaters. Although despite poor viewership, the movie was critically praised. I hear that there is going to be a game being developed in the same universe as the movie.
